Terms & Conditions

Waiting List:
To assure that we can produce exactly what you are looking for and at the time that you want the animals we suggest you sign up on our waiting list. All sales are on a first come first basis unless you specify that you want the animal at a specific time in the future e.g.: summer of 2009. Availability is determined by the order of your request according to the date you signed up. If you are sure that you would like to be placed on the waiting list please e-mail us at valleygirl2119@gmail.com and make sure to send detailed information on the animal(s) that you are seeking. This will allow us to deliver the type of animal you request. NOTE: by wanting to be in the waiting list you agree to make a $5.00 down payment on each animal, you plan to purchase on the waiting list. If you decide to change your mind and not purchase the animal when it is available, then the $5.00 will not be refunded and the animal will be sold to another customer. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reservations:
If you decide to reserve an animal that is for sale to be picked up within the 2 week period or at a future show then it is required that you put a 50% down payment on the animal/animals being held. If you decide to change your mind and not follow through with the purchase of the animal then the 50% down payment will not be refunded. Also, if the animal is not picked up within the 2 week time period or at a upcoming show, then I reserve the right to sell the animal to another customer. Thank you for your cooperation.

Guarantees:
We guarantee all animals sold for up to one week after the sell date. After the one-week period the animal will not be replaced or money refunded regardless of the circumstances. We guarantee that all animals will be free from disease at time of sale and that each animal will be appropriately typed. If an animal does come down with some diease and dies within this week period, we will replace the animal with the same quality, breed and same sexed animal as the one originally purchased. An illness in an animal should be reported to us within 24 hours, and not days after it's death. If an animal of the same quality, sex and breed is not currently available, we will put you on the waiting list for an animal of that nature. M an' M Rabbitry is not resposible and will not pay for an vet bills aqquired by the ill animal, even if it is within the one week health guarentee period.

Your New Bunny:
Please continue feeding the Pfaus Rabbit Pellets, that we supply you with until you are able to gradually switch your bunny over to your own food. Do not give you new rabbit veggies! Your new bunny is not used to eating large amounts of veggies and should not be given any until it is 5 months old. A rabbit that is not feed properly, is living in unsanitary conditions, or any other potenitally unhealthy situations, will not be replaced if the animal dies within the week period. Thank you for taking good care of your new bunny.

Stock:
--Brood Does: All brood does are "BROOD" quality; this does not mean that they can be shown due to being possibly overweight, etc. All brood does are not guaranteed to deliver live kits, but you do have a higher likely hood with a "proven" brood doe. Breeding records for the doe will be available upon request.
--Seniors: This is an animals over 6 months of age. All senior animals will be typed before purchase. Buyer will be notified of any DQs or Faults on the animal prior to sale. All animals are show quality unless specified.
--Juniors: This is an animal under 6 months of age. All junior animals will be typed before purchase. Buyer will be notified of any DQs or Faults on the animal prior to sale. There is no guarantee on junior animals that they will be free from DQs as senior animals. Again, I will let the buyer know of any suspicions or looks of a future non-show able animal.
--Weaning Age: Weaning at M an' M Rabbitry takes place between 8-10 weeks of age. All weaning age animals will be typed prior to purchase. Again there is no guarantee that the animal will indeed grow up the be a show quality senior animal.
--Pet Quality: All pet quality animals are not to be shown due to some DQ that inhibits then from being up on the table. These animals will not grow up to be show quality animals and thus, pricing is adjusted for animals such as these.

Pricing Terms:
--Holding: An interest for this animal has been made, still awaiting deposit, therefore feel free to enquire about this animal still.
--Sale Pending: A 50% non-refundable deposit has been recieved.
--Sold: The animal has been fully paid for and pick up/transport has been scheduled.

~Pet Quality: $25 pedigree: if you request that a pet animal be made a pedigree there is an extra $3.00 charge

--Standard Chinchillas:
~Brood Does: starting price = $ 60
~Senior Animal & Show Quality: starting price = $75
~Junior Animal & Show Quality: starting price = $50
~Weaning Age (8 to 10 weeks): starting price = $ 35
~Pet Quality: $25 pedigree: if you request that a pet animal be made a pedigree there is an extra $3.00 charge

Available Discounts
--Multiple purchases of 3 or more animals through one sale = 10% off total purchase price -4H Discounts available with proof of current rabbit project enrollment at time of sale = 10% of first 1-2 rabbits. All youth sales must accompany a parent or guardian signature.

Studs:
--All animals available for studs are in perfect health and have a prior history of large litters and show quality ones at that. Stud fee ranges from $3.00-$10.00 (0r pick of the litter option) and this includes a contract which states if the doe does not kindle any kits then a second stud can take place free of charge on the same animal. Only senior animals will be given studs.

Payment Options:
--For an over the internet sale the 50% down payment can be paid by paypal, money order or cash.
--For a day of show sale or in person sale both the 50% down payment and remainder of the sale must be paid in money order or cash. Sorry no personal checks accepted.

Shipping Animals:
--M an' M Rabbitry does offer shipping to limited airports. We use Frontier Airlines, which only have a select few airports per state at which they deliver to. In order to ship, the order must total more than $300.00, or it just isn't worth our time to drive the 1.5 hours down to the airport. Animals and other required paperwork and equipment must be paid for in full before they are shipped. Typical shipping prices begin at $90 and can be up to $150. Buyer must also pay for the health certificates, $20 per animal, feed and water dishes, and carriers that must accompany the animals. Also, a certificate of acceptable temperature ranges is required and must also be paid for by the buyer, another $15 or so dollars. If you are interested in shipping animals from our rabbitry, it is cheaper per animal to ship as many animals as possible, so try to find other individuals in your area in order to go "in" on your order with you to save on shipping costs. One other thing, the buyer must also pay for gas/transport costs of the animals to the airport, since it isn't just around the corner.
