Well, we are a few months away from seeing if these new players pan out, but the Rams are certainly being proactive this year. As we all know the defense was a mess so the Rams front office has certainly begun to address all three levels.

La’Roi Glover is a pass rushing DT that will give us consistent pressure up the middle for the first time since D’Marco Farr left the team. Additionally he is a great leader and high character guy who hopefully can teach Jimmy Kennedy a few things.

Will Witherspoon is a great up and coming LB that played for the Panthers. He also demonstrates leadership qualities and is a fiery player like Tinoisamoa.

Corey Chavous and Fakir Brown are players that Linehan and Haslett know very well. Chavous is lauded as a highly intelligent safety, and a true student of the game. This helps out also with Jerome Carter and OJ Atogwe’s development as well. Brown will lay some wood to you and seems a great fit as a nickel back and special teamer.

SO far so good, still a bunch to do, but I like what I’m seeing thus far.
