Maybe that’s why I’m awake at 6:00 am on Tuesday morning July 4th getting my kids ready for a hike to Silver Falls. Of course, we pick the day when the real reason I’m awake at 6:00 is because of the THUNDERSTORMS raging in the direction of, yep, Silver Falls. Nice weather all damn week and then Bam! On the day I am going to take my family somewhere (finally!) it decides to storm. Oh well, a little character building never hurt anyone now did it?

So without any real football news, well, except that Marshall is still active (for all you Faulk retiring theorists), and the Rams are still being ranked by the experts to finish at the bottom of the conference, I really have nothing more to say other than:

*cue music* I’ve got a little story I’d like to tell, ‘bout three bad brothers you know so well. It started way back in history... *turn off the damn music*

And that is my Beasties tribute for the summer. ‘Cause this is my article, and if you don’t like it, then you can get the $%^# out...Like I am, to the stormy mountains of Eastern Oregon, with three sniveling kids. Sucks to be me!
